Product Operations and Growth Strategy

I turn unclear problems into plans teams can ship.

I bring evidence together, find gaps and help teams decide what to do next. My design background helps me connect customer needs, systems and delivery.

01 / What I bring

Diagnosis, structure and follow-through.

I am useful when information is spread across teams or tools and someone needs to turn it into a decision, a plan and delivered work.

  1. 01

    Diagnose the system

I combine customer behaviour, business context and team knowledge to find where progress is getting stuck.

  2. 02

    Set the next move

I turn findings into priorities, responsibilities and evidence that make the plan easier to act on.

  3. 03

    Carry it through

I can support implementation, QA and measurement, so useful decisions do not stop at a document.

02 / Selected work

Work that connected evidence to delivery.

Each example shows how I moved from a broad problem to an output the business or product team could use.

3X4 Genetics / Growth strategy and funnel analysis

Finding the gap between awareness and purchase.

Plan in implementation

The problem

The business had awareness and sales, but the journey between them did not give potential customers enough education or reason to buy.

What I did

I brought marketing data from several platforms together, mapped the customer journey and identified the gaps in the middle of the funnel.

What changed

I turned the diagnosis into a prioritised improvement plan with a measure attached to each change. The team is now implementing it.

Separate signals became a measurable improvement plan.

3X4 Genetics / Ecommerce system and delivery

Rebuilding more than 190 pages without disrupting the business.

Launched 9 September 2026

The problem

The Shopify site needed a complete visual rebuild and a leaner implementation while keeping the company’s content and commercial journeys intact.

What I owned

I created the visual system and carried it through the full site. I managed page delivery, optimisation, AI-supported implementation, QA and launch checks.

What we know

The rebuilt site launched on 9 September 2026 without disrupting the core sales journeys, and the team now works from one consistent visual system.

3X4 Health / Product and customer judgement

Turning expert knowledge into a product customers could use.

Live on iOS and Android
Launched June 2025

The challenge

Genetic results are detailed and personal. Customers needed a product that explained the science and helped them know what to do with it.

What I owned

As the sole product designer, I structured the information, designed the product journeys and carried the visual experience across the mobile app.

What shipped

The app now gives customers access to their results and personalised guidance. It has continued to grow through features such as the Genes First Plan.

Simul / Independent ownership

Owning the path from product decision to paying customers.

Live on iOS and Android

The idea

A camera and darkroom for people who want the feeling of film without a technical editing process.

What I owned

I shaped the product, brand, interface, website and launch. I also handled release QA and the systems used to understand acquisition and product behaviour.

Why it matters

I run the whole commercial journey, not only the product. In the 90 days to 16 September 2026, 415 App Store page views became 170 downloads and 14 in-app purchases. I use that funnel, with PostHog and store data, to decide what to change next.

Company work is described at a high level to protect internal data, customer privacy and the wider team’s contributions. Recent company work is too new for attributed results, so I show what shipped rather than claim uplift.

03 / How I work

Bring the context together, find the constraint and follow the work through.

I use AI to speed up research, implementation and QA when it helps. The decision still needs to come from the evidence, the customer and the business.

  1. 01

    Gather the signals

I combine data, customer behaviour and team knowledge instead of treating each source as a separate answer.

  2. 02

    Name the constraint

I look for the part of the journey or process that is making the rest of the work less effective.

  3. 03

    Make the plan usable

I define priorities, ownership and evidence so the next step can move from discussion into delivery.

  4. 04

    Check what happened

I stay close to implementation and measurement, then use what we learn to adjust the next decision.
