I design useful products from difficult problems.

I work across information architecture, interaction design, visual systems and delivery. My strongest work helps people understand something complicated and gives them a useful next step.

3X4 Health · Product design

Turning genetic results into guidance people can use.

Live on iOS and Android
Launched June 2025

The problem

The Blueprint report contained valuable scientific detail, but customers needed a more engaging way to learn from their results and use them day to day.

What I owned

As the sole product designer, I shaped the information architecture, product journeys and visual experience. I turned expert content into screens that customers could understand without removing the substance behind it.

What shipped

The app gives customers access to their genetic results and personalised guidance. Later work included the Genes First Plan, which focuses food, supplement and lifestyle actions around each user’s genetics.

Simul · Independent product

Taking a photography app from idea to paying customers.

Live on iOS and Android

The product

A camera and darkroom for people who want the feeling of film without turning the process into a technical exercise.

What I owned

I designed the product, brand, interface and website. I also used AI-supported development to move from design into a working cross-platform app.

What I learned

Building Simul made me responsible for every step from product decisions and release QA to acquisition and customer behaviour. In the 90 days to 16 September 2026 it had 170 App Store downloads and 14 in-app purchases. It is one of three apps I have shipped solo, alongside The Sound Lounge and Momento.

3X4 Genetics · Web design and delivery

Building one visual system across more than 190 pages.

Launched 9 September 2026

The problem

The Shopify site needed a complete visual rebuild and a leaner implementation while keeping the company’s core content and sales journeys intact.

What I owned

I redesigned and rebuilt the full site. I owned the visual system, page implementation, optimisation, QA and launch checks.

What we know

The rebuilt site launched on 9 September 2026 without disrupting the core sales journeys, and the team now works from one consistent visual system.

Supporting product and growth work

Using customer-journey evidence to decide what to improve.

Plan in implementation

The question

The business had awareness and sales, but the journey between them did not give potential customers enough education or reason to buy.

What I did

I brought marketing data from several platforms together, mapped the journey and found the gaps in the middle of the funnel.

The output

I turned the findings into a prioritised improvement plan with a measure attached to each change. The team is now implementing it.

  1. Awareness
  2. Education the gap
  3. Consideration
  4. Purchase

Separate platform signals, joined into one journey.

Company work is described at a high level to protect internal data, customer privacy and the wider team’s contributions. Recent company work is too new for attributed results, so I show what shipped rather than claim uplift.

How I work, from the first question to what happens after launch.

I do my best work when design stays connected to the customer, the business and the people responsible for shipping it.

  1. Build context

I bring user needs, business constraints and available evidence together before choosing a direction.

  2. Structure the journey

I organise information and interactions so the product feels understandable from the first step.

  3. Make it tangible

I use prototypes and visual systems to make decisions visible and give delivery teams something concrete to work from.

  4. Follow through

I stay involved through implementation and QA, then use what happens after launch to guide the next decision.
